Please read these terms before using our website, placing an order or joining our reselling program.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ZamZam International website (https://zamzamint.com) and every product and service offered on it. By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order or applying to our reselling program, you agree to these Terms. Effective date: 30 October 2026.
1. About Us
ZamZam International is a Bangladesh-based wholesale supplier of gadgets, electronics, gift items, solar products and everyday essentials, located at House-38 (Flat-1A), Road-5/A, Sector-5, Uttara, Dhaka-1230, Bangladesh. 2. Products and Pricing
All products are listed with descriptions, images and prices in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Prices may change without prior notice; the price at the time you place your order is the price you pay.
Product images are for illustration. Minor variations in color or packaging may occur. We take reasonable care to keep stock information accurate.
3. Orders and Payment
An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation message. We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, cards and cash on delivery.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability or suspected fraud — any amount paid will be refunded in full.
4. Delivery
Delivery timelines are inside Dhaka 24–48 hours and outside Dhaka 2–4 days. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather or public holidays. See our Delivery Information page for details.
5. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy. Please inspect products at delivery time and report any issue immediately.
6. Wholesale and Reselling
Resellers buying at wholesale prices (minimum order quantity 12 pieces) must inspect products before delivering them to their own customers. Claims for damage or defects after onward delivery may not be accepted. See our Reselling Program page for how the program works.
7. Your Account
If you create a customer account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details and sign-in codes private and for everything done through your account. Give us accurate information, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
8. Communications and Email
Messages about your orders
When you place an order, create an account or contact us, you agree that we may contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp and email about your order, delivery, account, returns and support request. These service messages are part of the service.
Promotional messages
We send promotional emails, SMS and WhatsApp messages only to people who have agreed to receive them. Every promotional email has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by writing to info@zamzamint.com. We send our emails through Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon SES). 9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website. You must not:
Disrupt or attempt to break into the website or our systems.
Submit false, misleading or another person's information, including fake orders.
Use our website, forms or email addresses to send spam, bulk or unwanted messages.
Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or close an account, or refuse an order, if these rules are broken.
10. Intellectual Property
The ZamZam International name, logo, product photos, descriptions and website content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, republish or reuse them without our written permission, except where the law allows.
11. Third-Party Services
Our website relies on third parties such as courier companies, payment providers, messaging and email providers (including Amazon SES) and hosting providers. We are not responsible for services that third parties run under their own terms.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZamZam International is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute that we cannot settle by talking to each other is subject to the courts of Bangladesh.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date shown on this page, and by continuing to use the website you accept it.
